Translation of the annual report for SADC du Rocher-Percé, delivered over two consecutive years.
The project involved translating a 30+ page document presenting the organization’s activities, financial results and strategic initiatives.
In addition to translation, the content was integrated directly into a Canva template, providing a ready-to-use document.
The challenge
This project involved translating a structured, information-dense document intended for stakeholders, partners and the wider community.
The report included:
- results by sector (financing, technical assistance, local development)
- detailed financial data, including portfolio breakdowns, funding streams and impact metrics
- descriptions of initiatives, partnerships and new funding strategies
- reporting on programs such as business support, mentoring and sector-specific initiatives
The content required:
- a tone that was clear, professional and consistent
- precise handling of financial and organizational information
- accurate representation of quantitative data and results
In addition, the project required:
- maintaining coherence across a multi-section document
- ensuring clarity in sections presenting complex financial data
- adapting content for readability while preserving accuracy
